Did you miss me?

Lots going on in my life in the last few weeks... sorry about the lack of posts. It's not for lack of stuff, it's just lack of time. Maybe I can figure out how to post from my iphone in the next couple of weeks. Yeah...when I find time. I hate that feeling. So I'm making a few minutes this morning to catch you all up a bit on my life. The photography and videography has kicked into high gear officially and when that happens, everything else gets put on the back shelf. Lets see here, we had Angie' Garza's quinceanera, Sara Carmona's this past weekend, various different family events and photo shoots. We're just exhausted as a family. This picture was taken this past weekend while on a photoshoot. I took the picture... don't they look cute?
Two weeks ago I had my family over (minus Abner cause he was busy and Sandra cause she's in Texas), Dad and Josh were here helping me. Josh helped me setup the shed out back and we planned and bought stuff for the batting cage that I'm going to be putting in. I'm excited, but finding the time to do that is going to be hard. This weekend we were planning on doing a family outing so I may not get to work on that. We were going to council in California, but I now have work travel on Monday...so the trip to California got cancelled. Sorry honey. Yea! Travel! Um...to Alberquerque, New Mexico. Yes, you read that right...the middle of nowhere. Well, I'll let you all know how it went. I'll probably have time to blog if there's wifi there. It's my first trip in a while...so it'll be interesting.
The coolest things have gone on in the last few weeks that I HAVE to share with you all. Benjamin and Brandon have started grid kids FOOTBALL. Now, I've never played, but I'm so excited for my boys. You should see them practicing. This week they got their pads, and tonight will be their first contact practice. They are on different teams...and it's so hard to watch them both, but I'm excited for them. It's so neat. Hopefully I'm not a bad dad and have to miss their games. I would hate for that to happen. I'm praying for lots of fun and no injuries. Hopefully it'll toughen them up. I never knew that pads had to go in the special pockets of the pants, and that helmets had to be snug, and all kinds of neat things I'm learning. I'll have pics of that. But for a teaser...here's my youngest son Bryson wearing Benjamin's helmet. Isn't that the cutest thing you have ever seen?
