Yesterday my brother-in-law Saul invited us to Meadow Springs Country Club to eat at their holiday brunch they had. We had a grand time. We ate like kings. The food looked spectacular, there was an ice sculpture of santa's sleigh and reindeer packed with jumbo shrimp and crab. Yes sir, it was quite the site. Then there was this desert table that was the most incredible site I had ever seen. The kids enjoyed a cookie making area as well. They were able to make their holiday cookies all by themselves with sprinkles and m&m's and cream. All I kept thinking was, so this is how the other side lives... During the brunch, it started to snow. It was the most beautiful sight as we looked out of those large windows to the golf course and saw the snow coming down. Well after we were well and jolly we decided to get some pictures for christmas cards. So I thought I'd post this for you to see. Happy Holidays everyone and wherever you are, I hope you are warm. God Bless.
This morning the kids are going to be two hours late due to the icy roads. But not the rest of us normal people. We have to be at work. :) Hmm...today would be a great day to have a 4 wheel drive pickup. Don't you think?
