Kids & Dreams...

The night before last night I didn't sleep a whole lot... I've been pretty sick in the last 48 hours or so. It is no fun... sore muscles, pressure on your chest, runny nose, stuffy head, sinus pain, headache, sore throat, coffing, sneezing, etc...I know you can relate. It has been a long time since I had a full blown cold. Sometimes we think we're invincible and then WHAM! It hits you pretty hard. Besides it being no fun, we are reminded that we are only human and we need... We need someone to take care of us, someone to help us, give us TLC, and of course someone to provide healing. We become NEEDY! I just want you all to know that from the bottom of my heart, stay warm this Christmas and New Year! It is NO FUN to be sick. Owie it hurts. Cough, Cough. Man, my nose is raw...it's peeling. Ok, enough of that yukiness...so last night I was wired. I think it was the medicine I was on or something. And there I was...not in the mood to "work" on anything of value. So I was thumbing through all my iPhoto albums. Wow, lots of pictures, memories. Kind of like going trhough paper albums...but cooler! Ok, off my soap box...but seriously, I remembered I hadn't put up pictures of Benjamin from his Wax Museum presentation. So here are some pictures. Oh, and thanks for the kind words Julie & David. It's good to know that people do read your words. Oh hey, I also found a picture of Josiah and Jalayne as well --so I figured I would post them too. To me, these three kids are the cream of the crop in that class. They are some pretty neat kids. Their presentations were beyond awesome. I'm very proud of them. Benjamin was Steve Jobs, Josiah was the King --Elvis Presley, and Jalayne was Mae Jamison --NASA Astronaut. This serves to show us that these kids have dreams as we once did, and we should do our best to help them achieve them. Well talk to you all later.
