First of all I want to close the loop on the last post. Eric made us proud last Friday night in the Tacoma Dome. Eric and the Huskies battled Burlington-Edison and came up on the losing end. But I tell you what, it was an awesome game to be at. It was a tough hill to climb for the Huskies as they made a few mistakes in the first two quarters. They were down early 16 to 6. Then couldn't convert on a fourth down, and then a missed field goal left us thinking that there was no hope. Then my newphew James takes a kickoff all the way back for a touchdown. But the refs called a non-existent penalty on the run back so there was no touch down. Then later in the game there were other bad calls against the Huskies but they still had a chance to win. With 4th down and 3 yards inside the 10 yard line and 6 seconds left, the coach didn't call for the tying field goal. Instead he decided to go for the touchdown. The other team intercepted and the game was over. I tell you what, we screamed our lungs out for these guys. We had a blast. It was a memorable season for my brother and his football team. You guys played your hearts out and we're very proud. I have some video of the game that I may post later...stay tuned. Here's a

Well we had our first snow earlier this week. And this morning we have our second snowfall. It's so nice outside when it snows. Unfortunately work wasn't cancelled. He he... Is it me or does it seem like people misbehave badly during the first snowfall? There were 72 reported accidents in the Tri-Cities after the first snow. Ridiculous. Slow down and drive cautious...hello? My goodness. So I'm posting this picture that I took with my iPhone this morning. Enjoy. If you're interested in an article about today's snow storm here's a

Oh yeah, we bought a used but "new to us" van last week. It's pretty nice and we like it a lot. It's a 2005 Honda Odyssey. It's got most of the bells and whistles of the newer model. This isn't my van in the picture, but you get the idea of what it looks like. It's got leather, navigation, dvd, etc. The family really likes it. We hope it turns out to be as reliable as our older Odyssey. Which I am selling by the way...so if you're interested or if you know of anyone who wants to buy a 2001 Honda Odyssey, let me know!
