We had quite a weekend. Arnie, Nelly and Ari were an extremely awesome blessing to us. They watched our four kids while we went to Seattle for Mary's birthday. We went to Seattle with Josh and Mary to the Bellevue Square Mall and to the Mariner game on Saturday as well. We had a great time. The weather was cool...then it rained on Sunday. But we had a nice time together and away from the kids. We sat 3 rows up at the game. We watched Horacio Ramirez warm up and Raul Ibañez, Jose Guillen, and Jose Vidro. It was pretty neat to be so close. We then watched Horacio Ramirez not get a single out and get pulled. That was probably his last start ever for the Mariners. He looked defeated before he pitched to me. I think he's in pain or something. Something's not right with his physical self or his brain. Not sure which. Oh, then Candice showed up at the game. She's awesome. Isn't she awesome? I mean...she enjoys her job. She comes over and says hello, and even met us at the team store for a discount. Candie... we love you! We hope you are doing well there! Yes, go Huskies! Then we stayed at a nice hotel, and in the morning went to the mall again. We enjoyed our time together. The highlights were the Apple Store (bought some goodies), the Cheesecake Factory (yes food and cheesecake), then shopping in North Bend and buying more goodies (a toy John Deere for my son), and of course the company. I can't wait to do it again. I found it refreshing.
