This was our first weekend off this year. Meaning we've been so busy this year, that we've had no weekends to ourselves. We were looking forward to this weekend like no other. Sandra my sister is staying at the house in the guestroom this week. She's overdue and is expecting to give birth to a baby boy any day now. So we spent a nice weekend with Sandra. Saturday was mostly spent cleaning the garage and mowing/trimming the lawn. Fun times.
Sunday we welcomed back Abner my brother and Maggie from their honeymoon in Hawaii. We had lunch with them at Red Robbin, then had tamales in Othello with both families for a "Retorno de Bodas" (which is basically a welcome back party). Oh boy am I stuffed. :D Back on the diet this week for me!
Madeline and Vianney are really bonding. It's awesome to see my baby playing with another girl. Makes me wish she had a little sister. Aren't they cute?
